I recently had my fork and shock serviced on my Yeti. Friendly staff with quick turnaround. Great recommendations without being pushy even saved me some money with Items I thought needed attention but after inspection by tech it was not needed. I appreciated the honesty. This is the type of customer service that creates solid trustworthy relationships and returning customers, so thank you. I have not ridden since my service but fork and shock feel good. I will return for future services. Thanks!

Was able to test the kuat pivot 2 right in the parking lot to ensure it fits. Great service and speedy pickup for my online order.
The customer service was great, and everything was handled very professionally. Unfortunately, I was unable to test out the bike while at the store, and when I returned home, I rode the bike and the front derailleur does not completely move to use the larger gear without interfering with the chain.
I will have to either return from Parker to Highlands Ranch to try again, or learn how to adjust it myself.

I came in to get a tire fixed. I was a bit dishovled. I have to admit my apperance was not the best. I felt judged as a less than perfect homeless person. I was watched as if i were going to steal something and all i did was spend money. The sales people were quick with me as if to get me out of there. I had lots of questions regarding ebikes and what they has as far as accessories. dont plan to return though they do have allot of nice product.
Being treated with respect no matter how one looks is important in customer relations.

I was actually going to find another shop to go to. Last time I found one of the service guys not overly friendly. I dropped my bike off Saturday and the repair guy showed me the best way to fix my flat tire. I bought the tools he suggested. nice guy and very helpful. So glad he took 5 minutes out of his busy day to assist me.
I will continue to use Elevation Cycles. Products are a little pricey.
