Roman was incredible to work with. He assessed my bike and only charged me for work I absolutely needed versus charging for a full tune up, which wasn’t necessary. He gave me options and allowed me to come in first thing in the morning and pick it up same day. Incredible service and I just recommended the bike shop to three of my friends who ride frequently. He did an amazing job repairing my brake cable and handlebar tape. I was so happy walking out of the shop. Thanks for the awesome service.

I had a great experience purchasing my new bike. Emily did not make me feel pressured into any part of the purchase. She educated me on the products and differences in the product, and ultimately had me test ride the two bikes I was looking at. She allowed me to make my decision after educating me. I feel great about my purchase and know that I have the right bike. Another local shop I visited tried to push me into buying another bike that was to small for me citing stocking issues and that it would be fine. I am confident that would not happen at Elevation.

Shopped at another shop closer to home and always felt pressured to buy outside my means and needs. Never feel this way at Elevate. Always low key and very helpful. Bought my sons bike there and will buy from there when he outgrows it. Also looking at upgrading mine and wife's bike in next year or so and will purchase from Elevate.
