Staff were awesome.
My first time to Elevation was this weekend; I was able to find some replacement brake pads I'd had a hard time finding. The person helping me (Dan) was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel like this was a shop I could buy bikes from in the future. I'll be back!

Your location is very accessible at anytime during the day. Your telephone tree is caller-friendly. Your employees, in both sales and service, are always friendly and helpful. Your shop is very well stocked with all necessary accessories, and your bicycle inventory is highly satisfactory. Maintenance and repair service is outstanding. Your store is, obviously, quite well managed. I support Sunday closure, but have mixed feelings about Monday closure; however, that is certainly not a deal-breaker for me. I recommend your store at every opportunity.

I took my bike in to have new brake pads installed but Brent told all they needed was adjusting and remove the glaze over the pads.
His expertise and honesty saved me a few dollars.
Then I spent a few minutes talking to Ian about tire inflation when bike packing. He gave me some great advice.
The bottom line is the your technicians are fantastic and it always take my bike in whenever issues arise.

Initial purchase was excellent. Salesperson was super helpful and set expectations that bike delivery could get delayed 1-3 months. Called in August (after 3 months) and was told the bike “should be somewhere in the US.” That was the last communication I received before I visited store again after 9 months to get deposit back. You guys are nice and know your bikes, but proactive communication would’ve kept a sale instead of sending me packing unfulfilled. Might be a viable business model when economy is up, b it if things get dicey, that kind of behavior leads to closure. Your move.
