Bike services are excellent.
Guys are always awesome. I’ve only been there a few times and the guy welcomed me on a first name basis.

Not really disappointed but I don't like the lack of an itemized list of what work was done. When I ask that certain things be changed out on my bike, my own money to spend, I'm told by mechanic not needed but I rather have a part done now before season versus have to bring in mid season. In this case it was brake pads. I ask about changing out small chain ring, little interest by shop in advising on options and ordering part or telling me what part to buy myself and bring in. Feels like because it is not a Trek bike and because i didn't purchase bike from Elevation, I get lesser service. Service wait seems bit long. When I call the day of, I'm told they are getting to it that day... So I leave a bike there for two weeks but work gets done day of pickup. Gives impression of rush work last minute. Outcome seems ok for the basic 99 tune package but lingering perception feeling of was the job really thorough, plus no description of what exactly is done. I'll be going to the Bike Source in Highlands Ranch despite longer trip outside of Parker and hope another shop opens up in Parker. There is a slight impression of condescending attitude on part of some associates that I've experienced. Just not a good atmosphere for me and I won't be a customer any longer. Gave it one more try and prices seem ok, outcome of service good but just something about the attitude of some of your employees there. Sorry, but you asked.

You had my bike for 12 days for the free yearly inspection. Why not put in a better appointment system?

Good service
I bought a used bike and brought it in to have it checked out. It was recommended to get new tires and tubes, replace the brake pads, and service the derailer. I was told it all came to 95.00 and then it was suggested for 35.00 they could clean it all up because it was evident it had been sitting in storage a long time. I was told the total would be 131.00. When I came to pick up the bike I was told the total was 205.00 ish so I showed the receipt and was told the price of the tires was never put on my receipt which added another 75.00. A manager stepped in and took 10% off the price of tires but I never would have had cleaning for 35.00 done if I would have been quoted the correct price at the beginning. 10% off the tires was a joke!
I live in Reno and bought a jersey for my wife. The team told me if it did t fit that I could send it back and they would ship a size up back to me!
