All team members are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. For a recent bike tune up they provided detailed explanations of the work done. I highly recommend them for any bike service needs or any bike-related needs in general.
The friendly staff is always willing to take the time to help you find what you need, even if you aren't sure what that is. Their experience and service is always greatly appreciated!

I messed up on my calendar and came a day late to the scheduled bike fit with the GM of the store ( sorry don't remember her name ).
She was super friendly and still did the fit even it wasn't on her schedule. The overall experience was great, very professional and I feel like she took the time to do it right.
Which is very hard to find these days as my past experiences with different bike shop has been rushed and made felt like a burden to come and get the bikes tuned up or fixed.
Defiantly will be back after positive visit.
