Team was very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is difficulty and poor customer service on Klarna's behalf. I had to front full cost but would have preferred to break it down in to a few payments.
The service group is amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to round up parts and perform quality work. I would recommend this team to everyone.

Being able to place deposits on bikes instead of having to pay in full and- being able to make changes after the deposit is placed when evaluating what kind of riding will be done for the upcoming season.

It was odd that the workers did rock, paper, scissors to figure out who was going to help me. It was not very professional and I did not appreciate that.

I was very impressed with the service I received on my free tune-up. I called to have them install a light and the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and installed exactly what I was wanting. Always very friendly.

The Elevation staff consistently delivers service beyond expectations, in a very friendly manner. In this case, not only was my service needs identified and handled, but additional minor issues were taken care of without extra charge. Great job Mike!
