Always friendly on the phone and in person. Have a great selection of bikes equipment and no pressure to spend a dime environment. Treat you like they really care about satisfying your needs and helping with any questions.

The whole team was fantastic! I called about getting my 2 tires repaired and they told me exactly what I needed. When I brought my bike on they explained switching to tubeless tires and were SO fast! Well, I only have three telephone interactions and one FTF one when I came to pick up a bike I'd ordered, but I have to say that they were all both friendly and professional, especially the guy who delivered our bike. I like that he took time to explain things to me, to install water bottle cages for me, and spent quite a while showing me the ins and outs of the latest Trek Domane (I have two older ones), even though I warned him in advance that I wasn't a candidate for immediate purchase.
