I bought my bike out on c-470 and Nadine is my hero. I met Mark even before that and he is also my hero. Both are not only pleasant and professional , but awesome at what they do and the time they give knuckleheads like me. I don't see Nadine often as I ALWAYS ask that Mark take care of my bike. The downtown facility is nice but a royal pain due to parking. I dont' like that but
I will not go anywhere else for a bike fix unless it is Mark. I probably drive him nuts. This past week, I was greeted and the order taken by a new employee to me. I am mad at myself for not remebereing his name as he is equally knowledgeable , professional, patient etc. He actually looks a bit like Mark when they both have their ball caps on. When I picked up my bike, he spent some time with me just explaining some maintenance things to do. I appreciated his attention , the time given and his professionalism. I now add him mto my list of "go to" at Elevation. Anyway- very happy with the entire experience I have had with Elevation from the purchase three and a half years ago to the present.
Friendly and helpful
The staff is always friendly and helpful. I always feel well-informed when I drop bikes off for service as well as when unexpected issues come up in the process of servicing them. Prices are reasonable and the advice I receive is always in my best interest rather than simply an effort to make a sale.

Winter services for five years with the purchase of a new bike is a game changer. Keeps my bike well tuned, and the staff is prompt and courteous. The owner in Parker sets the tone by always having time to “talk shop,” and the staff brings the same vibe of a bike shop of enthusiasts.

Knowledgeable service, bike was ready for pickup on date promised. At checkout, employee reviews with me all the work that was completed.

Excellent selection/fast service/responsive store employees. I bought my bike and accessories over the phone and picked it up several weeks later (I live out of state). Everything was ready for me, and they checked the bike for me before I left with it. Would definitely recommend the store to anyone needing anything related to cycling.

DJ was very knowledgeable about the Trek product line and how it compared to other bike brands. I am a new rider and DJ patiently answered all my questions without making me feel like I was asking stupid questions. He is a great guy and I will refer my friends to his store.
