Brandt in Service boxed and shipped my bike for me. Very easy peasy.
Quality stuff, Outstanding staff!
The entire sales & service staff have been nothing short of spectacular. I have purchased a mountain bike (2020) and a road bike (2022) from them and brought my older bike in for service multiple times since moving to Colorado 5 years ago. I have always appreciated their time and attention to the details in addition to their product knowledge. Kudos!
the staff was very helpful and kind! I went in for some new socks and gloves (small purchase) and they treated me the same as if I was buying a high end bike from them. highly recommend this team.
Everyone was helpful with getting my new bike prepped. Nobody took the condescending tone that folks at other shops use toward female customers. I felt like the staff respected all levels of riders.
Friendly
Good prices

Nice store and super helpful staff. Pricing MSRP seems like everything. Maybe offer some items below that and I asked for a discount on 220 helmet as they were under 200 online. I paid MSRP as I believe in supporting local bike shops but at my old shop in Florida they were super flexible I eneded up buying over 7 bikes there over time.
Amazing company. Everyone is quick to get you taken care of.
Had a flat. Took it in for new tube. Tech said they'd make sure to remove debr I s and thorns. Tube sealant was recommended. Rode twice but bike would still go flat. Took it back in because sealant was not working. I thought a replacement tube would be offered due to my spending extra the first time PER THE TECH. Blamed it on a thorn again but I had not ridden a trail.
The employees all seem very nice and knowledgeable. I buy lots of accessories there for that exact reason.
The issue I had was with service. I set an appointment which was close to two weeks out. Busy time of year but I was still bummed because I really needed two things fixed before I could ride again. I was told "you'll get your bike back the same day as the appointment because we'll do the work that day." The day of my appt, I was told the two issues likely couldn't be fixed and I'd need to replace the parts. I learned some of those parts were not available so I'd have to wait even longer. On top of that, I got a list of additional items that were recommended be done. Many of those parts were not available.
I decided pass as the charges were adding up. I went to another shop who looked at my bike, fixed my issues and turned it around the same day. Their list of additional recommended fixes was half as long and half as expensive as what I got from Elevation and they had all the parts for everything.
So overall, I felt like the service team didn't want to work on my bike unless they were going to make a ton of money off me. They had few parts to do the job even if I did agree to the work. The process of scheduling an appointment felt like a waste of time because I ended up coming in for a consult and having to wait even further for my bike.
The service was very good. I was treated well. The bike tune-up helped it to be much more rideable.
Good service. I appreciate having my warranty frame being taken care of so quickly.
Expert technical support and friendly staff.
very helpful and courteous.
Michael and Ian were very helpful in pointing me to the new wheels on my gravel bike.
The knowledge and enthusiasm of the folks working there is most appreciated.
your people! great to work with
Great service on “servicing” the bike. All staff is quite friendly both here and at your downtown location.
Its always good to get to know the people at the store- makes it feel more like "my shop." I get there's lots of turnover these days, but any way to grow connection between shop folks and customers is greatly valued. Perhaps even having same mechanic available to do work on my bike(s) when needed? Not sure the solution, but just relating how important that is for sustained in-the-door customers.
Great service!
Sam did a great job.
Friendly, helpful people who fixed my issue with my bike.
In my search for a new bike I started at Elevation. The staff was very upfront about was available and what kind of lead time was needed to order a new bike. It made sense for me to do a build vs purchase. As I was expertly guided through the process all of my concerns and wants were met. Kudos to both Kyle and Don for their guidance!

Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Friendly, transparent, and well done.
We were blown away by the team at Elevation Cycles - shout-out to John and DJ for being so patient and helpful answering our myriad questions and finding us the perfect bikes. This is exactly the kind of knowledge and expertise we were hoping to find in a local bike shop. Thanks again for the incredible service! We will be back and will be sending our friends.
Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't talk down to us even though we didn't know much about bikes.
I began using Elevations to service my bike & purchase accessories because I walked in once frustrated with an old bike computer. They suggested a return of the device, assisted with the purchase of a new computer & helped set up the functions & troubleshooted any problems. The staff is service minded, customer focused, knowledgeable & they do great work on tune-ups. And they are FUN.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Love the Highlands Ranch staff.
