Whenever I find a business capable of exceeding expectations, of making you feel at home the moment you walk through the door, you take a few minutes to share. I've meet 5 or 6 Elevation employees who, given the chance, I'd recruit into any business I've ever been involved in. Never met the management, but clearly, they understand how to exceed expectations for their customer base. My road bike is something I lean on, and I want to thank you for taking care of it like it was yours...

I've been using Elevation Cycles in Parker to service my bike for several years now. I have found that everyone I've interacted with has a passion for cycling, and are very knowledgeable about the sport and equipment.
I have tried several bike shops around metro Denver in the 15 years that I've lived in Colorado, and for all of the others I found that I was better doing the maintenance myself. Not true with Elevation, I've been very happy with their service and will continue to use them.

We were greeted immediately upon entering the store by a super friendly employee. Our service request was addressed right away and we were in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Everyone in the store was incredibly helpful and attentive and we will definitely be back!

I always receive excellent customer service at Elevation Cycles in Parker. Joey and Kyle in the service department have helped me numerous times with flat tires, kickstands, a mirror installation and more. They go above and beyond and always offer to assist me with loading the bike back into my vehicle. Sam and Conner in the sales department were also helpful with a recent purchase. It’s always a pleasure visiting Elevation Cycles.

Went in to drop off one of our bikes for repair and purchase another bike from them. The guys were great, they fixed my one bike while I was purchasing the new one and I was on my way with both bikes!!
