The guys are friendly and know what they are doing.
Mark from the downtown shop is the man. I was running into issues getting a crash replacement handlebars from a manufacturer, and he stepped in to figure out the specifics with their team without me even having to ask. Thanks Mark for helping me get back on the bike ASAP!
Happy to come back year after year for any maintenance/parts from the 'burbs. Roman was superful friendly and helpful and the mechanical work is flawless, even the old bartape re-do. 10/10

Even as a novice cyclist I felt very comfortable working with multiple members of the staff. It was clear they wanted to find the right answer for my needs and not just make a sale. I'd heard similar stories from friends about Elevation, so it was great to have the same experience when I went in to get my bike ready for spring.

Good quality trek bikes and great service. I had a chance to try out two different size bicycles and pick the best one for me. And then good advice for the type of racks that I needed. Then a great demonstration, which I videotaped, on how to remove the quick release front tire with disc brakes and how to put it back on again.
Gabe and Dillon were superb while providing expert bike tuneup, repairs and bike fitting. I am completely satisfied with the experience and will return to Elevation Cycles for all of my cycling needs.

Great overall experience buying my first road bike. Nadine was wonderful to work with and answered every question. Most important, the purchase of the road bike came with a full sizing appointment to adjust and personalize the bike. The overall customer service experience could not have been better.

I wanna start off by saying that I strictly ended up buying a bike because of the customer service from Jon M. He went above and beyond and made sure the only was uncomfortable with the process but that I test Road the few bikes in the category that I was looking for. He let me blow him up with questions and made sure I was comfortable with making the purchase. In addition I also want to give Mark a shout out. He was able to add the additional parts that I wanted on my bike in a very timely manner and all in all I can just say the shop ran like a well will machine. Jon Incredible and if he’s not the manager of the shop or the owner he should be. I’m really excited about my new purchase and I will continue to be a valued customer in the future. 10 out of 10.
