Friendly and helpful staff
In the midst of a global bike shortage that will probably not resolve any time soon, I found myself in need of a new road bike after my faithful kit of 15 years just wore out. This was my first stop and I was prepared to look at several places over the next several weeks or months because test riding isn’t really a thing right now. Nadine filled me in on how rough logistics are right now without sugar coating anything to save a potential sale. After talking with me about where my riding has mostly been done and where I’d like my riding to eventually be, she showed me kits that I otherwise would never have considered. After some sleuthing, she found the PERFECT upgrade—everything that I loved about the old kit with everything that I wanted in the next one—and it was even in my color. It isn’t slated to arrive until November—but the service team is working on the old kit to breathe enough life into it to keep me in the saddle until then. Not only have they saved me the inevitable heartache that comes with replacing a beloved ‘divine machine,’ but also potentially months of searching—just by taking the time to sift through the ‘wants’ in order to get to the nitty gritty ‘needs.’ I think I’ve found my new forever bike shop. Happy birthday to me.

Friendliness of staff, willingness to take time to answer questions and provide "education" when needed. If I had any suggestion for improvement, it would be to carry more Pearl Izumi bright color (i.e. dayglo yellow) shirts, socks and gloves. To many cyclists where dark colors. While many have flashing lights as well, safety is all about being seen!
