Elevation Cycles replaced my rear wheel and the parts where $110 less than my first quote, and I got my bicycle repaired by the next day. Plus the other location told me it would be around 3 weeks because they would have to order the Wheel.

I dropped off my Trek Fuel Ex 5 in hopes of getting Tubeless tires put on. However, my bike wheels wouldn't work with tubeless tires so instead of calling and letting me know this as I had specifically requested, the techs went ahead and put the new tires on any way and worst part threw away both my other tires and tubes. So frustrating for someone that only rides like 10-20x per year. Those other Bontrager tires would've lasted me another 2-3 years and worst yet why throw them away??? I could've used them as a spare and could always use some extra tubes. The guy that checked me out gave me the new tires at cost which was nice. However, no, I will never be back for bike service nor would I recommend Elevation Bikes to anyone at this point. One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had to deal with. More worried about selling something and dong things to bikes that don't need to be done. Worst part is I called in 2x to get some answers if my wheels would work with tubeless tires since I was told I would get a call no matter what once they did the research to find out. And did I even get a call back, no! And both times the reply, "oh we don't have that answer yet as they haven't started on your bike." I said there is nothing to start on if the tubeless tires don't work. First name removed

Hi--I bought my husband a bike from your downtown store, and I found you guys SO helpful. In fact, all of the stores except where I put a deposit down for my bike rack were really helpful. The highlands ranch store I contacted about a year and a half ago for a bike rack, and put down a deposit. There's a rack shortage I understand, so I hadn't heard anything. But, I couldn't get a hold of them. I'd call, no call back. And at first there wasn't anyone answering the phone at the store. Then, I finally emailed to ask about the status and it took a long time for a response. This time (recently) when I talked to them they called me back faster. I was just frustrated to put down a deposit, and not be able to get any answers or response. Your other stores have been fantastic and I enjoy getting things for my husband's bike there.
Personalized my solution. Went above and beyond to help me finding me a entire drive shaft swap then swapping in my new carbon handle bars. Best bike shop experience so far! I’ll be back to get that drive train swap for sure

We bought a Trex bike for my grandson two years ago. An excellent decision since my grandson rides hard and loves his bike. We have had to bring the bike in for servicing due to flat tires, thorns,etc. Painless, your service dept did not try to upsell me on things I did not need. Gave me estimates on things I did need, and were able to fix them the same day. I love coming to Elevation, I know I can trust the people who work here, they are efficient and have me in and out in no time. Thank you Elevation!
