The most wonderful bike shop ever Tyler and everybody else there is way experienced very good at fixing bikes and the prices are reasonable and they always offer the best advice and tell you when you get a product even if you pay top dollar for it that it's a fantastic product and it's worth it and they're right every time

The staff was very helpful and nice. The shop had the parts, including a relatively obscure adapter for a Shimano bleed bucket, I was after and the staff helped to track them downs.
It was the first time I had been in Elevation and it looks like the selection is smallish but well-curated with items I would be interested in the future.

Reliable and quick to get things done
Regrettably, I didnāt get her name but my daughter and I were helped by an incredibly awesome staff member (with a lovely English accent). She was super friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process of finding and purchasing a new bike for my daughter. It was honestly the most pleasant shopping experience Iāve had in a while across the board.
I had been to Elevation Highlands Ranch previously and didnāt have anywhere near the same experience with other staff (somewhat the opposite unfortunately). My recommendation would be based of the interaction we had with her alone. Thanks!
