I used the repair service recently for my bicycle I had bought there about two years ago. Brent and Tom went thoroughly through my bike and stayed in contact as they worked. The original problems were fixed and another was found and fixed. The charges were very fair for labor and parts. I strongly recommend Elevation Cycles for product and service.

Very helpful technician. Took a lot of time with me in trying to find a new wheel to order (no luck), rather than repairing my old one. He was very patient and thorough, even though other people were waiting for service. The wheel was repaired in less time than quoted.

The staff at both the Highlands Ranch and East Denver stores are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I've brought several bikes into both locations, and had issues fixed on the spot by staff members right away. Every time I take my bike in I know its going to get done correctly, and come back to me in the best possible condition. They've won me over as a loyal customer!

Your staff seemed interested in answering my concerns and having a conversation with me. Not like some that have a take it or leave it attitude and don't really want to have a conversation.

I haven't been to this store in a while after a very disappointing encounter a couple of years ago l. That encounter was so disappointing I had been driving out of my way to avoid having to go here and that includes stores 20 miles away, which was killing me as I believe in shopping local. Well I needed to get a tire fixed as I didn't have time so I went to the Parker store and it was an entirely different experience for the better. So much so that I will start calling here first to see if they can help before I go outside of Parker.

Not sure if this answers what you could improve but whatever you have done it is working and I would just say keep doing it.
