The staff is always very helpful and they do a great job working on the bikes. I have 2 older low end road bikes that my wife and I use for 10-20 mile rides. They came back like new after the tune up. I couldn’t believe how much of a difference it made.

When I was sold my bike i paid for upgraded tires and tubeless. I had a leak and came in only to Find out i was not tubeless and they didn’t recommend I go to tubeless based in my rims. I ride an EX 5. Disappointed? Yes. Felt like I was taken advantage of. Sales was great but in looking back I should not have been sold that I could go tubeless if that was not recommended for my rims. I still love my bike and everyone has been nice but I would caution anyone to make sure they are getting what they are being sold. I’m not sure I would have paid for better rims or moving to next model but caution what you sell and you promise. Email address removed
