Despite having to understandably wait almost a year for my bike, your staff was always very responsive in keeping me updated as to the status of my order. You never lost my information and knew exactly the situation. When I came to pick up my bike, you mounted the accessories quickly and effectively so I didn't have to wait long or come back. Your warranty and yearly maintenance plan is a big bonus. Everyone was so friendly and kind and helpful. Thank you!
It was an amazing shopping experience! They were very helpful in fitting me for the bike I wanted. They had no issues with me test riding either which was very helpful. Overall I had a great experience. Ask for Griffin, he was a very helpful sales rep.
I am a total road bike newbie. Lukas answered all my questions honestly and truthfully without making me feel like a dummy. He got me hooked up with a great bike at a good price plus all the gear to go with it - helmet, shoes, pedals, etc.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that is willing to do quick fixes on the spot. Major fixes take time but are done right the first time. Elevation Parker is not the closest shop to me but it’s my new favorite shop. High quality products at a fair price.

Friendly people. I am an avid cyclist and own ebike, MTB, road, stationary….my experience with most shops is attitude and unreliability. You guys call when you say you will (mostly) and seem faster with service than expected. I bought a bike there in August, I think, and have enjoyed it a lot and the free 5 years of tune up is awesome. Thank you!

I came in needing a new bottom bracket cable guide for my 2012 Trek Madone 5.2. Unfortunately the part is no longer made, but a gentleman in your shop help me come up with a great solution using a similar part, and the miracle of Epoxy! It would’ve just been easy to shine me on and say there’s no solution, but he was helpful constructive and creative. True mechanic!
