My wife and I are totally enjoying our Electra Townie eBikes from Elevation Cycles in Parker. We have rented and demoed our brands. NOTHING even came close to the comfort and performance of these Electra bikes!

You were closed at 5 pm on Wednesday when you were supposed to be open till 6. Wasted timy time and trip.

The sales and service people I have dealt with are friendly, accommodating, trustworthy, and sensitive to their customers' needs. They don't oversell products and will tell you if they think either a more expensive or less expensive alternative product would better suit the need you describe. I do wish that you carried more Pearl iZumi products (Gloves, shirts and jackets)!
Everyone was great.
I had a flat tire and had you put in a new tube. It got flat again within a few miles. When I went back you replaced the tube at no charge for tube or labor. Both times the service was performed with extraordinary efficiency. The staff was friendly and professional. I would, and have already, recommended your shop to other cyclists.

I have been working exclusively with Elevation Cycles since 2014 and these guys have always taken excellent care of me and my bikes. Everyone in the store is always so friendly and knowledgeable (shout out to John!) Also the prices are very reasonable compared to some other bike shops in town. I will continue to work with these guys as long as I live in the Denver metro area!

The Elevation Cycles team was great. Interacted with several folks on the team (Jonathan, Sam and others) and all were very professional and knowledgeable about their products and what would be best for our family.
