unlike staff at a lot of bike shops who make customers feel like noobs at every encounter, the folks at Elevation always listen respectfully and provide great advice regardless of your level of experience.
Every employee at the Highlands Ranch Elevation Cycles store is kind, courteous and helpful. The service tech who repaired and tuned up my bike was so nice, and did a great job at a very fair price. I am a Senior Citizen bike rider, and I never feel intimidated or overlooked at Elevation Cycles. They give their best to every customer.

After I had the brakes fixed the bike tech he said that the brakes were very old and would needed to be replaced eventually. He said that I could bring the bike back in up to 30 days to have the rear brakes replaced and that the $35 would go towards the $100 new brakes.
