I had an excellent experience picking up my bike. This is my first road bike and the staff were super accommodating. They spent a lot of time fitting the bike and getting me set up with the appropriate tubeless tires and accessories. I was also able to use a trainer in order to get a feel for clipless pedals with their assistance. They want me to come back in 30 days to make sure the fit is right. Additionally, Elevation offers 5 free annual tune ups with bike purchases. I’m very happy with my choice to buy from Elevation Cycles! I highly recommend the knowledgeable and friendly atmosphere. Thanks, Elevation Cycles for making my first road bike purchase an awesome experience!
