Love the service, variety and knowledge
Your staff is totally focused on friendly, fair and helpful interaction with customers, including me. They make one feel valued and important, and of course their work and advise is spot on and provides a trusted place for all our biking needs.

Both the service and sales teams are great at listening to your needs and treating you like you matter. They work with you and with your budget to make sure you're getting the best possible experience, which matters more now than ever with Covid disrupting supply chains and part inventory.
Everyone at Elevations are pros! I've always had stellar experience and always feel taken care of. Whether it's a recommendation on chamois butter or help with a new tire... I know I'll get my questions answered and that they CARE! They are the best.

All the staff in the store is so helpful and very friendly. Added a kick stand to my daughter's new bike and it was installed in 5 minutes. That was amazing.

Great shop - very helpful salesperson who spent quite a bit of time explaining the differences between the various E-bikes. Went there to get my bike worked on - reasonable pricing, and my bike is in perfect condition now. Highly recommend this shop.
