When I purchased my Allent + 8s at the Highlands Ranch store the set up was very bad. Under and over torqued fasteners. One of my cranks came off while I was traveling at 25 mph. Thank god I didn’t get injured. Crank got beat up dragging on the ground. I was able to back track, find the fastener and install the crank correctly. Front light was not adjusted and pointing very high. Good thing because the controller was loose and the light was holding it in place. Controller springs that hold the phone broke so the clamp only closes half way. I use a small older iPhone 7, I don’t know what a 12 pro max user would do. You can’t have a case on the phone to hold it securely. I had to true up the rims front and rear right off the show room floor. They wobbled like no tomorrow. Installed hybrid peddles right off the bat. The stock peddles were way over torqued. Tossed them out just to find months later they were recalled. When I purchased the e bike the sales team took my card, charged me, haded me the bike and sent me on my way. I checked the controller in the store to at least see if it worked and it would not turn off along with the lights so It need a firmware update. Why wasn’t that done durning every set up of all e bikes? Oh the front forks were lose too. I am still giving an 8 because the initial contact over the phone was great. Now to hit Bosch. WTF. The rear light has the sensor that controls the strobe of the front light. So it only strobes when the sun is at your back. This should be up to the user. I had to install front and rear after market lighting. Well,..I have always done all my bike work so doing so is a pleasure and gave me a chance to start getting familiar with the bike. The sales members are very helpful in getting what your looking for. They provide recommendations, but don’t push unwanted product.
Professional and timely
There was a young man, boy, there who had a great personality and you could tell he has a passion for Tye sport of cycling
I was late, I was frustrated,, it was time for the store to close, but I was having trouble finding a parking spot in downtown Denver. I called, and Jonathon assured me they would stay open for me. 15 minutes later, I was greeted with smiles and my new bike. He checked alignments, explained the bike's functions, and the service agreement, never rushing. He was professional, and respectful. The bike's wheel was removed so as to fit in my SUV. Love my bike, and they made the experience of purchasing my 1st new bike to be a very one happy!
Fast, expert tire service along with suggestions on how to change tubes easier on the road.

Never received a text that my bike was complete. You didn't look at problem I called out; now I have to bring it back to have it looked at again.
Excellent service
Friendly and knowledgeable staff at downtown Denver store.
Selection and friendly staff.
Great service! My 15 year old bike is back to working like new :)
Reliable, friendly and helpful.
Fast and reliable.
Staff was so knowledgeable. I had no idea what my kids needed in a bike. We always found hand me downs. They are now old enough I felt they needed an awesome ride. But I have no bike knowledge at all. The staff not only showed me but they actually spoke to my kids, 8 and 13. It's rare to go to a store and have a sales associate engage with the kids and not just the one paying for it. Cause the kids are truly the customers in this situation . They even took the time to go out and have my youngest ride and get comfortable. Definitely the place to go.
Your store had courteous staff and they were very knowledgeable about the products.
Nice job with tune up and very quick!
