I went into the store to purchase a bike helmet for my grandson’s birthday. The young man waiting on me was helpful and friendly. He said I could bring my grandson in for a fitting if the helmet doesn’t fit. I appreciated his suggestion.

Elevation Cycles and the staff that we have worked with are completely top notch. Going way above and beyond to make sure we were first off educated on what we were purchasing when it came to our new bikes but also making sure that after something did go wrong with one of the bikes that they took care of it. Even making things right when parts weren't available. Definitely thriller with my experience working with Elevation Cycles.
