Both Mieke and Nadine were extremely helpful in our inspection and trial of the Trek Verve 2+ ebike. Although we are still contemplating the purchase of this bike; Nadine spent considerable time with us to ensure that the bike fit properly and that my wife felt comfortable on it.
Johnathan was great with our 6 year old son and all the crazy questions he had.

Really appreciate the dealer side of Elevation. I've come in for warranty service multiple times for both Yeti and SRAM and the process was fast, easy and communication was on point. This was for product that I did not purchase as Elevation, but they still offered the customer facing side of dealer support for the manufacture and it was very much appreciated.

I love the very professional and knowledgeable help.
Sadly though, Elevation would not have the small frame Trek Verve+ 3 that we wanted until May 2022. Bummer! However, we found the bike at Scheel’s in Johnstown. Too bad Scheel’s couldn’t compete with the knowledgeable staff of Elevations.
Nevertheless, because of Elevations staff, we will continue to bring our bikes to Elevations (even though we will now have to pay for service since we didn’t purchase it from Elevations.)
