Don has been so good to work with. He kept us posted on order status which took 6 months. Everything was on back order throughout our Nation.

I needed pedals changed on my bike and although I did not buy the pedals at Elevation, a tech switched the pedals for a minor fee. Thank you Elevation.

Elevation is the shop that welcomes everyone achieving the elimination of hesitation and inferiority that new customers or beginners may have.
And the service is top notch to boot.
I just want to give props to my salesperson Mika . I visited Elevation Cycles on August 11 with the intent of checking out inventory and availability. She was a sharp Sales Person in presenting the details and a conversation about the lack of inventory and she listened to my needs and expectations.
After our interaction I needed to check out (3) other opportunities in Denver. Elevation Cycles had the Mountain Bike available in my size and budget. But most important - the Customer Service by Mika stood out from the competition and I returned 2 hours later and made the purchase !

Very affordable, skilled bike service and friendly agency. The person who helped me initially and evaluated my repair needs was very respectful and informative about the situation. It felt like a very fair price for what was completed. It is fabulous to have a local bike shop, where I literally walked my bike to the shop. I do not have to drive to the suburbs to have my bike needs addressed.
As always, Dylan and the rest of the staff were super helpful and friendly with me and my bike tire. Keep up the good work!

Jon and his tream are always courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Although they sell some high-end bikes and products, I have never detected a bike snob vibe and they as happy to work on my beater bikes as my nice carbon bike. I have bought bikes and gear at this shop; had service done; etc. It's got the friendly feel of a neiighborhood shop including the house dog snoozing on the floor.
You guys are very helpful and provide guidance based on person use vs. trying to push what is on the shelf.
And with that, I will go out of my way to support your business.

I think his name was Patrick that fixed my son's flat tire (hopefully correct attribution is on my payment record!) - and he was fantastic! What a lovely human, so kind and skilled. Really appreciate how he interacted with my son and showed him how to fix a flat himself. 10 stars!
I was able to make a service appt for my bike. Got what I needed. Seem to have more of a selection of gear than last year.
