Your staff is great. None of the 'tude I've experienced at other shops. I ride some old bikes; no one judges. When I asked for a 26mm clamp size handlebar, I did not get a "Dude, that's so small and old, why?" Instead, I got a "Probably not, but let's check inventory, and then see if it's something we can order." Similarly, when I brought my FS bike in for some brake maintenance, your mechanics' intake was thorough and efficient. They IDed the problem, they recommended a likely solution, and they gave me a firm date to have the work done by. Four days later, they called me to tell me the bike was done. No surprises, no upselling. It was great!
In short, folks are professional and friendly, and I like giving you my business.

The best bike shop in Parker. The staff is friendly, super knowledgeable, and take an approach of doing what's best for the customer. They have lots of new gear, and a full service area in the back. I was able to ride in from the Cherry Creek Trail and get new tubes and tires installed while I walked around to check everything out. Highly recommended.
