Great buying experience. The bike I purchased was assembled and tuned with care and rides great. This is in contrast to an identical bike I purchased from another store for a family member that is having to go all the way back up to Boulder to be re tuned due to poor assembly. Additionally, Elevation Cycles had hard to find bike racks and the employees who work there were very helpful in helping me choose the right one for 2 eMTBs. They will be my first stop when looking for new bikes or parts!

Happy that shop called about a potentially cracked frame, but frustrated that I got no response when I emailed the mechanic. I had to go in the shop to get any forward movement on the repairs, and was scheduled well out from when I dropped off the bike. Disappointed in the turnaround time when I brought the bike in early to get it fixed before my brother came to town.
Your Staff was excellent (Jon in particular, but they were all great). Everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly and provided great advice and recommendations for both the new bike and the refurbishment of my old bike. What really stood out though was that they quickly encouraged me to consider a larger bike than the one I’d reserved. As they weren’t even sure if they had my larger size in stock, this was a risky move that might have cost the sale. Lucky for me it was in stock albeit in a slightly cheaper build. The candid advice showed me that they were trying to get me on the RIGHT bike (not just any bike) and earned them a customer for life!
I always enjoy everyone they really give all to make sure your experience is exactly what it should be (Great.) I just ordered a new Gravel bike can't wait for it to come in, Jacob is my go to guy for everything.
I've learned a lot from him, great advice and no talking down to you for those of us starting out for the first-time. Nobody does in this shop that's what is refreshing and keeps me going back to these awesome folks.

Everyone at the store has been very helpful, from the time a number of months ago, that I came into the store to look at bikes, and had the help of Megan, to purchase a new bike.
Last week, with the help of Gabe, James, and a young lady (didn't get her name), they were very helpful in steering me in the right direction, regarding what protection I should get to stop or slow down a flat while riding.
They all were helpful in "educating" me about using air pumps to fill my tires, as, not being very tech savvy, I was having problems trying to figure out the correct/best way to pump up the tires.
I definitely will let everyone I know, who might be in need of a new bike, or some repairs, that they need to come and see you all, for a great biking experience.

Elevations offers prompt, friendly service at a fair price.
I brought my 27 year-old Specialized bike in for a tune up in April. I'm not an avid rider, but love to be able to go on leisurely, weekend rides with my wife and family. For a few hundred $ (much less than the cost of a new bike), Elevations tune-up my old bike like new, and had me on my way to a few more years of riding enjoyment.
After a few rides this summer, I noticed that the chain kept skipping gears, and the back tire was slowly leaking air. A quick trip back to Elevations, and after about 10 minutes and only $24 later, I had a brand new chain and sealant injected into my rear tire, with a promise to replace the tire/tube should I encounter any more leakage.
I'm very impressed with the service I received so I am able to keep riding my tried and true 27 y.o. bike!!

The staff is friendly, even remembered my name. I love how easy it is to get advice and the willingness to teach me.
Everyone was friendly and professional, and though the store was crazy-busy no one was out-of-their-head, freaking out, or rude when helping me. Nadine, especially, was patient and knowledgeable. She had ridden the bike I was interested in and could speak in length about its performance.
Service rep was very helpful with finding me a new inexpensive saddle for my bike, and installed the new one on my bike in just a few short minutes.

My bike was set up improperly after purchasing it new. It wad not functioning properly ao that I could take it out on the trail when I wanted to. Instead I had to take it back to the shop for adjustments to be made to the chain length and derailleur. I took it to the Wynkoop location. I think the mechanics should have made the adjustments right away. Instead they had me wait a few hours. It didn't seem right, considering it was clear that Elevation Cycles did not set up the bike correctly when I bought it. I think the right thing to do was to make the bike ready to ride on the spot.
