Needed help with fitting our mountain bike. Don helped and made a huge improvement. His knowledge and communication skills are top notch. Would highly recommend and we be back for any future bike needs.
The team of amazing people at the Highlands Ranch store have been as essential to my bike riding as wheels are to a bike. Nothing but a tremendous amount of gratitude for everyone who has helped me over the years find the right products and offered insanely fast service while still maintaining the highest level of quality. And shot out to Brian who helped me get a new wheel that was still under a warranty I didn’t even know they had. That’s the level of service you can expect. Keep being rockstars!

I've used Elevation Cycles only for bike repair as of now, as we are new to the area and brought our bikes with us.. Every interaction I've had with Elevation Cycles has been professional and fast. When they say your bike will be ready on x date, they mean it! And they'll send you a text and email to ensure you know it's ready. Couldn't be happier with their customer service.

Friendly bike shop! Going to a new shop can be intimidating, but I didn’t feel any snobbery at your shop. Patrick was quick to take a look at my bike and the turnaround for the service was fast. Very conveniently located. I will return.
