Exceptional customer service
Staff are always polite and even while shorthanded, try to make sure they take care of customers. I've been going there for 3 years now and have always been happy with the services.

The Elevation Cycle staff has supported me with kindness, patience and encouragement as I return to cycling as an older adult recovering from a back injury. I feel safe with them and cared for above all else; they are never pushy and I am never pressured. It has been over 35 years since I've ridden a bike and because of them I am "back in the saddle" again. They will never know what their support has meant to me. I feel like they are my friends now. I appreciated Kyle's interaction when bringing my bike in to set up an appointment. He was very informative about the needs of the bike with explanations of the reasons for repairing those needs. Joey did a great job of communicating about when the bike would be done and that they were trying to get the exact part I needed. My bike looks great and ready to get back out on the road! Thanks!
