Good service, knowledgeable personnel
I was very pleased to have my bike repair made in three days from when I dropped it off at the store. The techs were very helpful and got the repairs done quickly.
I was very impressed the layout of the shop. Selection was great. Staff was very knowledgeable and were very courteous. The shop dog was also cool.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I can always count on good advice and quality parts and service.
Don’s assistance was unmatched
Nadine and the rest of the team at Elevation Cycles are fantastic! Their customer service is always on point, and they've never steered me wrong with quality advice and product/service offerings, so I can get the most out of my ride.

Service was quick and easy
Professional abs courteous
Nadine was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have not had a chance to ride my bicycle yet.
Purchased new TREK on 4/16/2022. Was notified bike was in stock and I would receive email when bike could be picked up. Received email a short time later saying bike was ready to pickup. I assumed they would do a quick once over on the bike prior to pickup to make sure everything was working and in order.
I am very familiar with TREK bikes, long time owner, so no "hows it work" really needed by me.
Walk outside and luckily glanced down to notice the front wheel was not even locked in place. Very fortunate that I checked as I was just about to hop on and ride the 5 miles home.
How can something so fundamental yet critical be overlooked - Not impressed and will not be using Elevation again.
Great story for my bike club though!

great team working there
I want to be careful how I answer this as I know the shop did accommodate my request in a short time frame.
I rode in Friday afternoon and inquired about a front brake bleed for my DA-equipped bike. I had been flying with my bike and sometimes the pressure changes introduce bubbles into the brake line. They said they could possibly get to it before the day's end if I left it. I had let them know I was racing the next day, and I was excited when I received the call that the service was finished. This is the good part.
The not-so-good part, the next day I was racing Boulder-Roubaix. After the first dirt road section, I lost my front brake. I know your team did their best to accommodate me in such a short turnaround time, I had planned on bringing my bike back in and speak with the mechanic who did the work. Being around bikes/shops/racing, etc for a long time I understand it is not just as simple as faulty brake bleed.
You're service team has been great to work with and I am looking forward to further creating a relationship with them as your shop has come highly recommended.
friendly and knowledgeable staff
Great to see Brian in the store and things getting back to normal after the pandemic. Everyone seemed a lot happier and less stressed than last year.
Elevation Cycles has always taken good care of me regardless of which store I go into. They always seem to have exactly what I want on hand, even if its hard to find.
Great quality work, friendly, prompt with completion & knowledge of bikes.
Great support buying a new bike.
location.
service is timely
store seems to be well stocked
Great service and very knowledgeable staff
The staff was great!!! Didn’t treat me like a number.
I get emails for someone else’s purchase. That is not worth recommending. It would be good for you to make sure that you have the correct email address of your customers before sending in emails.
Had some work done on the bike, delivery was on-time, and test rode it home. All was good.
Great place always helpful
The people there are awesome. I enjoyed picking out a new bike. I will be back!
Curtis Cole has received extensive training through the Rudeboy coaching program. Because of this he operates at a level of understanding that 110% is the minimum, most outside of the program do not follow this same philosophy. As a result of Curtis’s level of Rudeboy mindset he is the absolute choice for CEO of Elevation Cycles. Individual’s with this level of clarity do not come around everyday, the moment must be seized.

Coach Rage.
Amazing service! They didn’t make a noob feel outta place. Came out with a sick bike
Honestly the vibe is important to me. I come from skateboarding where shops are a center of culture to some degree. Turin used to be my primary shop due to opinions friends had. Now that they're closed I'm looking for a new spot and I think I found it. Roman was hella nice and accommodating - he did a great job finishing my cockpit quickly on a walk in appointment. The rest of the guys were cool too. You also carry nice mountain bikes I'm interested in buying. Cheers.
Great service and help from Tyler and Connor. I haven’t had a bike in over ten years and wanted to get into cycling. These guys helped me understand all my needs and answered all my questions.
When I dropped off my Mercier for a tune-up, I asked for a new computer and the person who was assisting me took me to the south wall where computers were displayed. I chose one that had temperature indicator. However, when I picked up my bike this past week, the computer was not on the work order, nor was it installed. Bike tech had tried to replace battery on existing computer but did not work and old computer is inoperable - not a problem as it is old.
Tune seems fine and bike rides well and new bar take was installed as ordered.
I currently have my Gary Fisher carbon fiber Mountain Bike in for tune-up and I was surprised that bike tech did not even put it on the stand and check chain.
Although I wanted another new computer for the GF, the old one is again OLD, could not find one in computers that displayed temperature, which is one of the few things I wanted.
Instead, bike tech said he would change battery to see if that would make a difference.
I can purchase and install computers on my own, however, would have made sense to have it done at your shop.
If you can locate a bike computer with large led display and temperature display, I'd be interested. Don't need or use heartrate, etc, just basics.
Thanks
