I went to the store on County Line off University in the Littleton, CO area on 4/8/22. I had a flat tire and expected to leave my bike however they fixed it while I waited which was a pleasant surprise. They are very nice, helpful and kind there.

Service department is excellent.
Elevation Cycles staff are very knowledgeable in assessing bike issues. The staff was courteous, took time to explain specific issues. Repair, maintenance suggestions/options were reasonable in cost and the repair time was not extensive. Staff were incredibly helpful at pickup and payment. There were no unexpected charges and they even offered to load up the bikes in my truck.
Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of.
