Nadine and the rest of the staff at Elevation-HR are as good as it gets. Love my Trek Dual Sport, ordering a Powerfly next week. There are a lot of bike brands and shops out there, but I patronize Elevation-HR exclusively. <3

I've been in a few times for some repairs and service and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They take the time to answers questions and have never push unneeded services, unlike some other shops I've been to. Would definitely recommend this shop to others!

Paid a little more than advertised for a tune up and although a lot was fixed it didn’t seem like they actually rode it afterwards? It has a really loud squeak still and that was pretty upsetting.

Very pleased with the service on my bike.
Everyone is friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable about bikes and bike products. My only observation is that the service manager has been unaware or uncaring about the line of people backed up to drop of their bikes and instead engages in too much personal chit-chat. I appreciate the friendly personality but be aware of the other customers.
