Excellent selection of MTB parts and service from staff
The shop has kept me rolling through supply chain woes by offering a solid inventory of consumables. One area that could further improve the business is a greater level of system integration with suppliers. The process for ordering items that are out of stock seems to come down to luck of being available upon receiving a notification. Some level of automation could enhance the process. Suppliers would likely need to enforce constraints, such as equitable distribution of highly demanded items, but this could remove some of the luck from the process.

Thanks for holding (and for having in stock!) my Bontrager tires for me--for whatever reasons they are hard to find, it is great to have them.
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I’m very impressed with the quality and responsiveness the shop provides. I have had repairs turned around in a couple hours which gets me riding again the same day!
The tune up to our bikes was great. Staff were very accommodating to our schedule and very helpful is determining a few issues that we were not aware of.

Great service , professional staff. I was visiting from out of state and my bike needed some work they took me in right away and my bike was fixed with in an hour. And the shop was awesome with lots of inventory. Love this bike shop♥️
The team is incredible! Everyone in the shop is super kind and knowledgeable. They truly care about anyone who walks in the door and they make sure your bike is in amazing shape (whether it's a 30+ year old town bike or it's brand new)!
DJ is the best! I love my new bike! Everyone was honest about how long it would take to get all the parts and the bike itself and gave regular check-ins. Hopefully I will not have this one stolen but if it does I will happily go back and work with the team on another bike.

The team members in Elevation Cycles are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to provide proper insight and recommendations. They are also always quick to solve whichever problem I have when taking my bike in.
Crew was very kind and helpful. Straight forward about what needs to be done to my bike. Dog was very cute too

I like that I could drop my bike off before I went out of town for service and pick it up when I came back. The bike rides awesome and I felt that I received good value for my money.

Speed of service is faster than any bike shops I have used. Sometimes same day service which doesn’t happen in this area very often.
Only negative thing is your Parker store is pretty limited on merchandise of most kinds. I usually resort to going to the Pedal store in Littleton
I think you need to better utilize tour floor space with differing bicycle metchsndise
I showed up on a Saturday October 9th early afternoon and was able to get a tube replaced while I waited. Only took about 20 minutes from the time I got there until I was leaving. The individual that replaced the tube did not try to up sell me with buying a new tire even though I asked if current tire needed replaced. Was in and out in a very efficient amount of time.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Quick turnaround for repairs along with reasonably priced services. I don’t have a fancy, expensive bike-but I felt the team at Elevation Cycles had a true desire to provide me a safe and smooth ride.
John, DJ and other store members kept me informed about my gloves order that was placed back in March 2021. They kept tracking my order to ensure it arrived to the correct store and was prioritized to ensure they fulfilled my order before they went to the sales floor. I was even called as soon as my order arrived!
