The staff is extremely patient and helpful. I had to make a number of changes to my order due to logistical circumstances and never once did I receive negative feedback from any of the employees. Thye maintained their professionalism and candor throughout the ordering process. Thanks to Elevation Cycles I was able to obtain my bike four months in advance.

Ordered online. Call store 1 week later and they tell me they are great at emailing when order is ready for pickup. 2 more weeks go by. I email asking about order and find out it's been there and nobody contacted me.
