The customer service and retail experience here is great, and I don’t really have any qualms there. What frustrated me is how the part I needed for my bike took one whole month to come from their distributor, when the person working at the shop told me it would be there in a week when I initially ordered it. I depend on my bicycle as my primary mode of transport and I resisted the urge to order the part myself, even though I found it online, because I thought in the first week, “it should be here any day now,” and then in the second week of waiting I thought “well I’m gonna order this for no reason since it’s going to come soon.” Eventually the third week of waiting ended and I ordered the part myself out of frustration. Finally, after a month, the part the shop ordered is there.
So, once again, the people working at this shop are very nice, but the vendor they use is pretty bad. for that reason, if I bring back the bike for a repair, i will be ordering the part myself.

Jon was just great. He transferred a bike up from the Highlands Ranch and it was assembled right on schedule. He spent at least 1.25 hours with me explaining things.
Everyone was great, with a definite thanks to the mechanic in back.
Your service department was careful to suggest repairs for my bike without being pushy.
Bike fit was very very good. The fitter was extremely knowledgeable, personable and made a huge difference in the way my bike feels when I ride now.
