The people working your shop are so chill and knowledgeable. It has been over a decade since I last purchased a bike, and I really appreciated that Alex was upfront with me about what models would be overkill for my riding needs. Not being swindled when buying a piece of equipment like that meant a lot to me. I also appreciate having the 5 years' worth of winter tuneups, to make sure my bike stays up to speed.

You had what I needed and the transaction was handled smoothly. There was limited stock for the bike part I needed. I wanted 2 but was told I could only buy one. I thought this was odd since a sale is a sale.
First, it was a pleasure to walk into the store. I was greeted immediately by the front desk folk and instantly directed to the service desk.
Second, staff at the service desk was quick and friendly, advising me about what I needed
(and.. even MORE impressive to me...what I did NOT need).
Third, I got two friendly phone calls...one to double check my preferences and one to advise me when my service was completed.
Fourth, when I arrived to pick up my completed work, everything was ready. It was easy to pick up and pay for all at the same desk.
Overall, I was super impressed.

Trek has been a great bike forever. They spent some good time with us and answered our questions and helped us understand what was confusing.
Every time I come in everyone is very helpful. And unlike other bike stores when I had a glad time the thoroughly checked to make sure the thorn was out! I also really appreciate that there are always women working there too, it helps me feel more welcome when I come in by myself even if they are not directly helping me.
Brandt was very helpful and worked with Bosch without the need for me to get involved. This was despite the fact that I had not purchased the eBike from Elevation. They submitted the claim to Bosch for a new battery and I had the bike back in 5 days (it was over a weekend). Brandt went over and beyond in getting the issue resolved, again, even though I had not purchased the bike there and there was really nothing in it for Elevation.
You can share this, but I would appreciate just my initials (LG) being used.
Everyone that works here has ways been very kind to me and I've always felt comfortable asking questions and talking to them.

Expert wheel truing by Joey. I brought my mountain bike rear wheel that I had laced with new spokes and had done a beginner-level truing job. Joey went to work making the wheel round and true and spokes tensioned properly. The wheel was especially challenging, having small bends and being many years old. After completion, I mounted the wheel and rode my favorite trail. After the ride, I checked the roundness and truing and spoke tension--still perfect. Joey is truly a master wheel smith and I am very glad to have found Elevation Cycles!
The guys treat me like I'm VIP every time I'm in. Best shop in the city!
