I had a wonderful experience and put a deposit on a bike and arranged to have another bike transferred for me to see if it fit. I was planning on buying both for a total of almost $7000. A few hours later a rude employee (not manager) called and told me that the bike that was being transferred was sold. I asked to speak to my sales person or a manager but he kept engaging and told me that there was nothing they could do abs he would be a manager if they had sales managers. I kept asking for a manager or my sales person to call me. He said they would but neither ever did.
Our salesperson , DJ, was very helpful in getting the bikes we wanted, showing us how to use them and helping us putting them on the new bike rack on our car !
Everyone has been helpful and friendly. I appreciated the alerts when my service was complete and the responses when I've asked questions via e-mail.
