I dropped off my road bike a couple of weeks ago for an overhaul / tune-up; new front and rear tires - and dealt with Patrick S. in their service area. I've had this bike for over 10 years now, and can say with confidence that this is the best bike shop in town, plain and simple - their service team was that good. The staff was personal, very knowledgeable and fair, and made my experience very enjoyable. Their prices were more than fair too.

Staff is always helpful and very kind. Biking has a stigma of pretentious and condescending people that are quick to judge recreational athletes (I trained on a triathlon team in college and quickly learned how disliked we were).
I never get that impression at Elevation Cycles and we have bought all of our bikes at the shop since moving to Colorado 5 years ago.

Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I went in to get a couple of bikes tuned up and cleaned. They completed the job in the estimated time. Unfortunately my bike had a cracked frame from a wreck I had. They found the crack when they started to work on the bike and did not charge me since the bike was unsafe to ride. I would recommend this shop to anyone. They were great.

The original estimate of charges was around $275 dollars for the two bikes I brought in. The actual charges were $375. I probably would have authorized the additional charges but It would have been nice to get a phone call explaining the additional cost. In addition the diamond back bike was not test ridden prior to my picking it up. When I took it home and rode it the new rear tire felt like it had a bubble in it and the front derailure was not working properly. I brought it back to your store and they fixed both of these items. In my opinion if your going to charge premium prices you need to pay closer attention to detail. I would like to say that everyone I had contact with in my experience was attentive and responsive.
