took my old bike and tuned it up nicely. no hidden charges, and it was a neglected bike I wanted to start riding again and they set me up to do so.
I just needed a helmet - they were quick and friendly and didn't try to push anything else on me. If I lived in Denver I'd go back!
Entire team did a great job tuning up and repairing (new wheels and tires) my Trek 5000.

Great communication and fair pricing. I was running late to pickup my bike due to traffic coming from CO Springs and nobody could stick around 10 minutes late to let me pickup my bike. I’ve always had amazing service and I think just that little bit of extra flexibility would have been really nice. But I do understand that operating hours are there for a reason. Overall, top notch place.
So friendly and service oriented, and what they don't have, they will get for you quickly!

The folks who work at elevation are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and even though I am new to riding bikes they very kindly answered questions that I'm sure were very elementary. They also did a great job tuning up my bike and provided really quick service, even letting me know that some of the work I wanted would take extra time so I could decide whether or not to do it later.
Been taking my bikes to Elevation since 2014. Tried a couple other bike shops along the way and always got burned on price/quality/service, etc. Don't bother taking your bikes anywhere else. These guys are the best at what they do!

Everyone I have ever spoken to there is outstandingly friendly, knowledable, and empathetic to hearing what you're looking for or what your problem issue might be. Extremely relatable staff. Specifically, I've worked with Christine and Gabe, both wonderful people, and I look forward to anytime I get to interact with them. Elevation has quickly become the only bike shop I'll go to / send friends to.
Most everything wad good. My first time in the store. I didn't know who ro talk to to find the help I needed. Not a big deal but I wasn't sure who worked there and who the customers were. I did get the help I needed, he also gave me goods advice regarding the instillation.
Staff is polite, eager to help, and experts.
Mike Maxwell at the Littleton store is a Great Mechanic and always does outstanding work. He should get Employee of the Month award!!!
