Your employees are friendly and enthusiastic. They actually seem to care about the customers and serving the customers with your products. Other bike shops seem to employ salty, snobby bikers who look down their noses at anyone who isn't a compulsive biker or who doesn't buy $5k+ bikes. I've never experienced someone in your shop like this. They've all been helpful and friendly.
Last month I took my bike into the shop to get the derailleur adjusted on my Roscoe 7. I'd had it in several times over the past year. The Tech told me there had been a problem with the stock derailleur and he'd see if he could just replace it with a different upgraded one under warranty. The next day I got my bike back with the new derailleur - no charge, no questions asked. And it's working great.
Your customer service seems to be what customer service is supposed to look like. Elevation is my bike shop!

Elevation cycle is awesome. I needed a new wheel when there are none to be found and they guys always jump on it and do what it takes. Honestly I would never go anywhere else. When it comes to honesty, knowledge about product and service, you will not find a better shop around!

The team was amazingly attentive. While my bike was getting fixed, i must've been asked 4 or 5 times within a 15min period if i had everything i needed, if someone was taking care of me, etc. Every where you look, there's smart, friendly, knowledgeable people helping out customers of all ages and skill levels. Just a great place to be and get gear for a ride!
Staff has always been courteous and friendly. Even when slammed with customers, they pay attention to their requests while keeping the lines moving. They also service bikes quickly and efficiently. Definitely my go to shop with my highest recommendation to others!
