Elevation Cycles Parker is the best bike shop in Colorado because they have the most proficient highly skilled service and sales staff.
I love this shop. I recommend them to any9ne looking to get into biking. They are always very helpful, even going to work with them on setting up the rails on my pop up camper to carry all the bikes for the family. I can't say enough good things about this place, they even helped fix up the dropper post on my father in laws bike while he was visiting a couple years ago.

Great stock despite supply crunch; knowledgeable employees who were all very helpful and not at all pushy; accommodating my requests to try different bikes, some of which had to be brought in from other stores so i could do side by side comparisons. Overall an amazing experience and right off the main trail i use for daily cycling. Will absolutely be back for service, parts, and anything in between.
I called shortly after Elevation opened on a Saturday inquiring about a good time to bring my bike in to get a clicking sound diagnosed and repaired. Was told bringing it in ASAP was a good idea. I rode over within half an hour. Roman had the bike up and was checking it out within moments of entering the store. Suggested some possible causes, provided repair estimates and potential timelines based on what it might be and parts in stock. Left my bike there and within about an hour received a text it was ready. Cost was as quoted (good value), issue was fixed, and Roman even had photos of what was repaired.
When I rode back home I was chatting with my neighbor who was out cleaning up his bike. Already gave him a strong recommendation to use Elevation for any maintenance and told him about my fast, effective, and value-rich experience. You guys do great every time I’m in.

I came in to ask for something to be loosened on my pedals so I could do some maintenance but didn't have the proprietary tool. The employee said that it would take 4 days and $40. I went to REI and they did it for free in two minutes.
