Everyone at Elevation Cycles (Highlands Ranch location) has always been very helpful and friendly! I appreciate that they are willing to give me advice that is customized to my situation rather than telling me the same thing they tell everyone.
The mechanics are great and very knowledgeable and—even more important—are willing to make great recommendations and referrals when they don't have the expertise or supplies to deal with something (looking at you, bizarre suspension and dropper-post issues). Overall, I've always had a great experience at Elevation! (Plus, they sponsor the Hundo, which is awesome.)
Had the bike I was looking for, but customer service was poor. If I knew of any other shop in town with the same bike I would go there instead.
Great communication and super knowledgeable. I’ve used elevation for bike maintenance many times and I always feel like they are fair and reasonably priced
They had the bikes. We kinda waited to be helped until a kind woman rallied the troops. After that it was a great experience.

Great bikes and exceptional service. I bought my Trek mountain bike at the Highlands Ranch Elevation Cycle store several years ago. Love the bike! The service there is exceptional. Brian is the best bike mechanic around. Picked up several thorns on a recent ride. Brian did a great job of replacing the tube along with new tires which I knew I needed. We discussed the repairs that were needed and he did the repairs while I waited. Great experience again at Elevation Cycles. Thanks.

Best shop in Colorado. You walk in and instantly feel like they are happy you are in their shop (rare for most bike shops). They go above and beyond to find little ways to stoke you out either with their service or their sales team.
