I was lucky enough to find the bike I wanted in my size. I was able to use the trade up program to trade in my old road bike, and it all worked wonderfully!
The Staff is extremely friendly. They are knowledgeable passionate about biking. We can go anywhere else. They are so helpful.
First, I love the bike I bought there. Whoever set it up did a great job. I have had 1300+ trouble free miles. All I have done is add air to the tires now and then. Their customer service, first rate. Much better than the bike shop I used to go to. They are no longer in business!!

Your customer service staff is really amazing. They are excited about bikes and you can see that they genuinely want you to get the best bike for the kind of riding you want to do. You can really feed off their energy which transfers to trust. Really great experience dealing with elevation.

You have great inventory, although I can’t afford it. The service tech did a quick repair on my wife’s bike, and the sales guy gave me great information to plan on buying my next bike

Everything with the maintenance on my bike was great. The only problem was that I was not contacted when the work was done.
Quick, expert work. And trustworthy. I authorized two things we thought might be necessary during the tuneup. They were not, and the tech called to make sure I was OK if he did not do them. Greatly appreciated.
