I am very satisfied with the bike that we purchased from Elevations. All staff members have been most helpful. Although we are novice bike riders, the staff never talked down to us.

I remain loyal to the max. Why? B/c you have assembled the best staff going - or at least the ones I get to see and speak with. Mark , of the LODO facility is the ONLY person I let touch my bike. Ridiculous b/c I remain a "recreational rider," But - he is the best and it stems from a good deed he did for me YEARS ago at the C-470 location. He's just awesome and continues to go above and beyond. I hope he knows my many thanks are genuine. I am embarrassed to not recall the woman's name at C-470 (Nadine?). She is my hero. She sold my bike to me and went to great lengths to fit me and do things right. I do not see her all that much but sure enough she remembers me and more importantly , the bike she sold and she always asks how it is doping and how I like it. Good stuff. I was in yesterday and as always she took care of my issue (just cleats). She takes time to chat and it is just good for customers like me to know that Elevation cares even though it continues to expand (please be careful with this). Hope all is well with you! Great service and honest. Couldn't resolve a more advanced issue, but got me in touch with a local tech who could. Other shops just punted me to the faceless manufacturer. The bike is super smooth and better than new. Love the work these guys do.
I ordered a bike online because I figured it would be easier than going in since everything is out of stock. But when I showed up I was pretty much just asked my name and handed the bike. I know I only spent about $1k on a bike but I would’ve hoped for some enthusiasm and having someone interested in seeing if I wanted to get anything else for the bike. I’d rather just go to Amazon for all the accessories I planned on buying if the experience at a bike stop is going to be that impersonal.

I pointed out my squeeky front wheel and asked to have brake pads replaced. Only my back brake pads were replaced (I got a new back wheel). I understand the confusion and wasnt overcharged, but a more thorough job would have noticed the squeeky wheel. This is the second time ive come in to have this problem fixed, and its still unresolved.

Communication about when items will be ready. When I ordered the bike, it said it would be ready on Wednesday. Late that afternoon I called and was told it’d be ready either later that day or first thing the next morning. It wasn’t until several days later that I received a call saying it was ready.
