Really friendly service, thanks for quick bike repair
Good selection and prompt, polite service. He got my new brakes on and got me back on my ride quickly!
Great staff and very knowledgeable!
we are amazed by the front office boys hospitality. He is so wonderful. The service was great. Why 9??? My expectations was, I will get bike in couple of days.. but it took 2 weeks. I understood when I was there, how busy you people in this June season.
Everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable!
Walked into Elevation Cycles, was immediately met by DJ, a team member. He not only answered my newbie questions about road biking, but gave me advice about how to go about procuring different pieces of equipment for cycling, which was immensely helpful for someone new to the sport. I feel like I have a much better idea of how to get started in the sport because of his help. He was extremely friendly and Elevation Cycles is where I will be returning for bike related questions and advice.
fast and reasonable prices ! thanks for quickly getting me and my bike back on the road
The people!
Nice selection of bikes, parts, and accessories, but most importantly great, friendly staff members who are knowledgeable and eager to help! Especially in downtown where bike support is scarce, this is a great resource to have!
The attention to detail from customer service reps.
The guys take their time to show you and explain the products you want to purchase to you. They are engaged in your purchase process.
Mask still. And maybe a few lower end bikes.
Just a long way from where my friends and family live. I would myself consider going back knowing that i found my bike here during a bike shortsge.
Best looking service and sales team ;-p
Zach was an excellent sales representative. He was kind and took the time to see what I really needed.
Great customer service! Very friendly.
Friendly knowledgeable staff
Had children's bikes on hand
Excellent repair services and quick turnaround; friendly staff!
Friendly service! We didn’t need to have anything done on our bikes this time, but will definitely come here when we do. Good selection of gear and clothing as well. I bought a pair of cycling shoes!
I'm a complete novice with bikes, and have an older essentially single-speed road bike. It's been hanging in the garage for 10 years and I wanted it tuned up and had a week timeline before I needed to use it. Brian from the Highlands Ranch store was able to find a service slot for me right away via email which was easy and convenient.
Here's the kicker, I brought the bike in a couple days early and they did a quick run-through with me standing there. Filled up air, checked brakes, ran the pedals, and ultimately told me the thing is so simple, and functioning great, so it wouldn't be worth it for me to pay for a full tune-up service. I very much appreciated the expert opinion and money-savings where they could've easily taken advantage of a rookie. That's high-class and I would definitely recommend visiting their clean showroom and service area for bike needs!
Fast, friendly, knowledgeable
The staff was quick and friendly.
Thanks for the help. Great service.
Friendly and honest service
Friendly and helpful sales staff.
It was quick and a good price
Brant in Service Dept was very helpful and able to make a minor repair for me on site without having to leave my bike for a few days. Thank you!
Really great customer service. This is the second time I’ve worked with Zak on a purchase and he is super helpful and knowledgeable. I was also asked by another associate if I needed anything while Zak was in the back getting something for me.

Have been a customer for two years. Came in to assess my kid's tire rim. I'm thinking that some bike shops will have a look at things and put customer service ahead of charging for everything but before I knew it I had been charged for a tube (which I expected) and an install (which I could have done) and when I asked the employee said "I had already taken the tire off"...not, "I see your point or I'm sorry I didn't communicate" but basically "pay up m'am."' I can take my business elsewhere so as to build more of a rapport which is what I've experienced and come to expect from my bike shops. Thanks.
