My experience with Elevation Cycles has been positive all four times I have visited the shop. The salespersons and the technicians have been knowledgeable and helpful every time. I have had a bike serviced there, and I have purchased a new bike and accessories. I am very pleased with the services they provide.

The $90 tune up turned out to be $250. I was told the tires wer not good but would make it for a while. Then a call while i was out of town saying on 2nd thought, you should replace the tires now. My wife said yes. The request to change the tires was contrary to the original agreement

Downtown location is key. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My experiences have not been many over the years, but they have all been excellent.
Very friendly. Fixed my bike and had me on my way in about 10 minutes. They even had the spare parts I needed.

Consistency. My husband came in on a Friday and talked to someone about a minor repair on my daughter's bike, but we were waiting on a part and were told to drop it off first thing in the morning once we had it, for probable same day service. A few days later, I dropped it off (not first thing in the morning) and was told that without an appointment it could be 3-4 days until it was ready. I was asked to create a new profile in the system, when my husband had already done that initially (I found out later). Maybe some miscommunication involved, but also was a little disappointing that everyone didn't seem to be on the same page. We had a great experience initially.
The service staff did an excellent job tuning and replacing rear brake pads in my Trek Fuel 9.7 29” MTB. They turned around the work in 24 hours!!!
I also had good sales service from Doug and Nadine (?sp?) in fitting up a new Bontrager road helmet. I will refer my fellow triathlete and MTB friends for sure.
