Customization to rider ergonomics , riding style , and accessory needs.
Knowledgeable staff, presented options for accessories including pluses and minus between variations. Listened to my expected bike use and correlated/recommended options that align with them. Discussions, not a sales pitches.
Nadine is amazing and came up with a solution that cost me far less and was perfect for my problem, ie., bag on handlebar of my Powerfly Trek ebike. Thank you Nadine!!

Great working with your staff. Appreciated the great work on the adjustments made to the bike. Definitely appreciate your included annual tune-ups. Especially appreciated the staff member that worked with us at pickup and got the bike fully adjusted and set up, and also Jonathan, who showed us the bike, helped us and got it set up for test riding when we first came in to look at bikes.
