We had an excellent experience with the staff and the cost of the help needed was very reasonable, we would highly recommend Elevation Cycles and will return in the near future.
The guy who took care of me was very approachable, very friendly, and I did not feel bad about not knowing anything about bikes! I will definitely return to this location for my bike needs.
Had to wait for someone to help me pick up a newly purchased verve+3….for a long time.
The older man then didn’t know anything about ebikes.
Never got any orientation on how to operate the e-bike.
Trying to show me the battery, he pointed to it and said “there it is”, like I was a complete moron. He took the key and turned it, then didn’t know how to push down the little safety switch to pull the battery out of the tube.
As I sat on the bike, I felt like the seat height was perfect…but he insisted it was too high…so we lowered it for me to ride around the parking lot and quickly discovered it needed to be raised again. I just left at that point.

Very professional and courteous repair staff.
Top notch customer service. Some local bike shops seemed to be staffed exclusively by jocks who disdain middle aged ladies and cruisers. Everyone I’ve interacted with at Elevation Cycles has made me feel welcome, and helped me get the bike and accessories I wanted. I will be shopping here for my cycling needs from now on.
The staff a the Ash street store is the most friendly, competent and knowledgeable of anywhere I've ever been.. They make it a pleasure to visit and shop there.
