I stopped in to have a look around - never been here before. As I was browsing, was politely asked if I needed anything special by several members. Great and helpful without being pushy.
Then I spent about 10 minutes with one member talking about upgrading my bike, how long of a delay there is on bikes now and what he could do for me.
I was very pleased with my visit and when the time comes, I'll definitely consider Elevation for my upgrade as well as any accessories. Great shop.

More variety in available inventory
Very friendly and helpful sales staff. Offered to build up a bike for us to try without any commitment to buy. We appreciated all of the assistance and advice. We'd buy more bikes if you had the supply. Tough year to find bikes and happy we at least found one.

This place is the best! I stopped in to get by busted shifter looked at. The mechanic did a quick swap and I was out the door. Love this shop and the service they provide! You guys ROCK!

Actually had the bike we were looking for - when no other store in the state had it. Staff were super warm and helpful, and made my son feel extra excited about his new bike!

Staff at the Parker Elevation store is freindly and patient. However, technicians have consistantly failed to diagnose and repair a chronic mechanical issue with gears 8 & 9 on my Trek ebike. I purchased the bike from this location just over one year ago and to date, have brought it in five times for this same problem. They inspect and make some adjustment to the cable or cassette, but the condition reappears immediately upon riding it on the local trails. I've payed no small investment in this equipment, which is still under warranty and I want to perform as expected, but am having no luck here. Thanks.

Everyone was knowledgeable and very attentive. They completed the work on my 2 bikes same day, even though they were very busy. The techs even had dog chews for my chocolate lab!

Did not test the install of my new dropper post which took until the day before my race to get installed. I showed up at the race with a post that didn't work and your crew at the Erock could not fix it. I was hosed for a 12hr race with a dropper post that would not stay put. Very very frustrating.
I called to get a tune up, and they said to not always think I need a tune up, because they will give me an honest answer on needing a tuneup. If I don’t need a tuneup, they will just tell me to fix what is needed.

I love that when I walk into the store I am greeted immediately by someone who I believe sincerely wants to help. The staff are all experts whose advice I can trust. I think of them as a partner - when I need anything related to biking be it a product, service, or advice on skills or trails I just think “I’ll check in with the Elevation team & see what they think”. I’m always happy with the result.
