Staff not welcoming to patrons. Why are they so grumpy?
I used to frequent the Parker location, but due to an interaction with a less than pleasant mechanic, I now go to the Highlands Ranch location.
Your Parker location used to be great, but now needs work on their customer service skills.
Highlands Ranch has been great (at least the person I have dealt with. Brandt gets me in and out quickly and does great work.)
Please work on the Parker location though
Because of the service decline, I do my best to avoid that location.
The staff was helpful in providing the tire inserts I was looking for and was more than helpful when I thought I received the wrong product in the box. Thanks again!
Came in to buy a helmet. CJ was very helpful and had the perfect one available at another store. He got it delivered same day. Happy customer. Keep up the great work!
Very quick turn around and great work!
Came in (kinda last minute also) to get my son's tire repaired. Got taken care of quickly, no fuss, no eye-rolling, thanked for coming in, and even acknowledged that we had bought our bikes there. Couldn't commend enough the service that was given.
The young lady who waited on me and took my order was super friendly and helpful, a rarity in many bike shops these days. Even though I've been a serious rider for more than 30 years, I get weary of the macho, too-cool-for-school attitude I encounter in a lot of bike shops these days. Being talked down in those shops to always comes from males. BTW, I'm male.
My wife and I came in to buy a bike for mother's day, and the guys were fantastic. We brought my son's bike back for some repairs the same day, and the shop guys were awesome also!
They have a huge selection of gear and a knowligible laid back staff.
Everyone was friendly and helpful and I really appreciated the details and promptness of response when I emailed the store asking about status of my bike order
When I think about the people who work here, the words: legend, hero, and clutch all come to mind. They are always able to quickly figure out what I managed to break and then can fix it at speeds that are nothing short of amazing. Thanks for being awesome and helping keep the bike out of the shop and out on the road!
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They took the time to help me out and even change out water bottle cages.
I didn't receive a call that my bike was finished, so I suspect it sad for an extra day or so before I called. Not a huge deal. Service was friendly and the team didn't try to oversell me. The bike also shifts very well and the brakes are dialed.
Good customer service and the team was very helpful finding bikes.
Did not disappoint, but just strikes me as a lower end cycle shop, not for the serious cyclist. I overheard the older gentleman's sales pitch to another customer, and it came off as patronizing and condescending. I was just there to buy tires and that transaction was fine.
Great knowledgeable staff and always willing to go out of their way to get you answers or finish a job on time.
